Here’s how I did it . Keto maintenance calories , cardio twice daily, fasting 48 hours per week as the deficit with re feed once a week with high fat . . over 18 weeks from 12% to 8% , then reverse diet with clean carbs only . The fat I re gained was more rigid and more evenly distributed. Eating junk gives you that sloppy cellulite type fat . The stress on my hormones affected my hair , skin and nails for months after. It’s a fkd process and have only done it twice . Totally not worth doing unless you are a model or competition athlete. . Fish oil and iodine vitamin c only .
I eat once a day but don't binge. I eat anytime after 12pm. I do work out. It has been almost two months and I am loosing weight. I am more energetic and i no longer experience reflux in my sleep and heartburn is gone. My water intake has also increased. I don't think about food all the time i only eat when I'm hungry once during the day.

I've been skinny most of my life, and the past few years started lifting regularly. I don't know if my increased appetite or drinking more water, my belly definitely feels bigger. But then, when I make sure to have good posture, it does help make it look slimmer. I have always had bad posture, together with a pelvic tilt , and now this belly issue is making me focus on keeping those in check. Especially since I've been doing a lot of low barbell squats and upping the weight, I feel my lower back muscles, and I think glutes are getting stronger and helping me keep my pelvis upright!!

Some of things you say is wrong. I'm 52, and although I look much younger, the issue is with the number of repetitions of an exercise. I gets bigger with 6-12 reps. If I do higher reps I stay thin and I don't grow. Another thing is if I eat peanuts,y muscles gets a pump. So it's like I'm 20 years. But I'm in good health. I don't have joints issues, but I avoid doing the squats instead I do hack squats (it's safer for the back);

Actually spot reduction of fat is somewhat possible. There are recent studies that show increased blood flow in a specific area led to greater fat loss in that area. So increasing blood flow to abdomen with ab specific exercise will (with proper diet) lead to greater fat loss in the abdomen when compared to overall fat loss.

Here's what worked for me, no rest between sets: 1. First set 90-100% 1 RM to failure, anywhere from 1-3 reps 2. Drop weight to 60-89% 1 RM, negatives to failure 3. Drop weight to 50% 1 RM, FAST reps to failure, can limit excursion but squeeze at the top 4. Optional drop sets of 3 to failure you can cycle the above x 2 with a 1 minute rest but you'll likely be lifting lighter.

Overdoing cardio is what got me in the "too skinny to gain muscle" catergory. I'd run for four hours a day (two in the afteroon, two at night) and didn't bother with strength training. Now my body fat is slightly below average and lifting is way harder than it would've been before I lost so much weight.
